After an initial review of your IT environment, we cover all faults and errors occurring, as well as basic admin, for a fixed monthly or annual fee. Best suited for companies with limited in-house IT resource who need to ensure that everything keeps running reliably with priority access to support.
We provide a fixed cost support contract providing unlimited remote support during our normal business hours for a fixed monthly/annual fee. Services include:
- Proactive remote server maintenance including installation of service packs and patches, monitoring and maintenance of security/antivirus and spam filtering systems as well as system health and performance checks.
- Annual on-site health check visit with audit of IT systems and opportunity to review any new client requirements.
- Unlimited consultancy and advice for all IT systems hardware and software including associated products and services.
- Unlimited access to our help desk during normal business hours for assistance with all hardware and software issues.
Please note our support contracts do not include 24/7 cover and as such service is charged at the below rates for calls logged out with our normal business hours.
